"My passion lies in hospitality and customer focus. It's all about putting people - the guest, customer or tourist - at the centre of everything we do. It's the personal touchpoints that make the difference: genuine attention and interest in others always pay off, even in a digital world. I have gained these insights in my roles as a researcher, consultant and teacher, but also as a consumer in everyday life." With her enthusiasm and drive, Karoline is fully focused on sharing and communicating the power of hospitality!
